From turnover to paid in four steps.
Approve the price in writing
A named pro accepts first. You approve the one upfront all-in price and sign before any work starts — no open-ended hourly billing.
Verify the finished work
The pro checks in on site and finishes with before-and-after photos. You approve the work, or it auto-approves 48 hours after check-out.
Pay on completion
Payment runs by card through Square on the pro’s own account. Your plan’s waiver credit applies to the booking fee automatically.

One flat monthly price. The booking fee waived up to your credit.
Every plan carries the same mechanic: a capped monthly dollar credit against the 3% booking fee. An $800 job carries a $24 fee, so bigger jobs simply use the credit faster — the cap can never be exceeded.

The plan terms, in plain words
- Billed monthly in advance through Square. The plan is our own product, charged on our own Square account — job payments are separate and keep flowing to the pro’s own Square account.
- The waiver is a dollar credit against the 3% booking fee, capped each month. It does not roll over, and jobs past the credit pay the standard 3% booking fee. No overage penalty and no surprise charge.
- The 20% pro commission is never touched by any plan — a plan never changes what a pro earns, and never affects matching or ranking.
- If a plan payment fails, there is a 7-day grace period. After that the plan pauses — the waiver stops and new bookings pay the standard fee — and 30 days unpaid cancels it. Jobs already booked keep the terms they were booked under.
- Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, with no partial-month refund. Prices or credits change only with at least 30 days’ email notice, and you can cancel before a change takes effect.
- Booking one to three jobs a month? Staying pay-per-job costs less — a plan pays off at roughly four or more jobs a month.

Plans are sold only in open markets, and an area opens for booking only while a verified pro covering it is accepting jobs — coverage grows as pros come online. Manage properties somewhere else? Tell us where your units are and we will keep you posted as markets open.
