Refunds and Cancellations

Submitting a job request does not create a paid booking. The written booking agreement for your job — between you and the matched pro, facilitated through Coastal Repair Squad — sets the scope, price, deposit, materials, and cancellation terms for the accepted job.

For cancellations, payment errors, incomplete work, or refund requests, contact service@coastalrepairsquad.com or call (209) 877-7773. Give your job or invoice reference and a brief explanation. Do not send card details or security codes.

Refund eligibility depends on the actual agreement, the work performed, authorized materials, and applicable consumer law. This page does not create a blanket non-refundable deposit rule or waive statutory cancellation rights. Refunds legally due will be made using the required method and within the applicable deadline.

Nothing in the website terms limits mandatory remedies for defective or unprovided services, unauthorized or duplicate charges, or any cancellation right that applies to a sale made at your home.
